At Footgear, we want you to walk with confidence, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as simple as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear back in its original box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
